Registration opens from 12:00 to 22:00 on Monday 3 November.
Kick off your Further East journey at Open House, hosted at Potato Head Beach Club.
Your delegate badge will be ready for collection here — you’ll need this badge to access all Further East venues, events, and sessions throughout the week.
Arrive early, get settled, and join us as Open House begins at 12:30.
Getting There
Flights
Book your flights to Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar, Bali) as early as possible. Please arrive in time for Open House on Monday 3 November at 12:30.
Departures typically begin from the morning of Friday 7 November.
Visas
Please check your own travel requirements for Indonesia. Further East cannot arrange visas, so contact your local embassy before booking flights.
Passports
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your departure date from Indonesia. If it expires before the end of June 2025, we strongly recommend renewing it before you travel.
Travel Insurance
We advise arranging comprehensive travel and medical insurance ahead of your trip. Check for exclusions and ensure your policy covers all planned activities.
Taxis & Transfers
From Bali Airport (Ngurah Rai), taxis to Seminyak take around 40 minutes without traffic and cost approximately IDR 250,000.
Please use official airport taxis such as BlueBird.
