What’s the weather like in Bali in November?
Expect heat, high humidity (around 80%), and on-and-off rain. Pack sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and breathable layers — they’re essential.
What should I wear at Further East?
General: Business on the beach, not the boardroom. Suits and ties aren’t required.
Marketplace & sessions: Light, natural fabrics such as linen, cotton, or silk. Flip-flops are perfect for the beach walk to lunch venues.
Open House: Bright colours encouraged, shoes optional.
Parties: Dress to impress. The FE Parties are renowned for their atmosphere. Themes will be announced closer to the event.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi will be available in the Marketplace and across venues.
How should I look after my valuables?
Store important items in your hotel safe.
Don’t leave valuables unattended at any time.
Report any theft or loss to the local police immediately, as insurance companies require this for claims.
On Thursday 6 November, when stands are dismantled, take extra care with belongings. Secure storage is available through the organiser’s office.
How is security managed?
Bag checks will be in place at all venues.
Venues are patrolled day and night.
All reasonable precautions will be taken, but Further East cannot accept liability for loss, damage, or injury.
What if I need medical assistance?
A doctor and ambulance will be on standby in the Lobby during event hours.
Outside of show hours, hotel staff or the Duty Manager can arrange medical support if required.
Are there any safety tips I should know?
Avoid walking on the beach after dark or in poor weather conditions.
All venues can be accessed by road if needed.
Taxis & Transfers
From Bali Airport (Ngurah Rai), taxis to Seminyak take around 40 minutes without traffic and cost approximately IDR 250,000.
